Type QSAB - Special alignment platform

Special alignment platforms are used where the loading problem cannot be solved with a serial product.
The photos illustrate examples of special problem solutions, e.g.:

  • ading and unloading of containers on supporting feet with an electro-hydraulic loading bridge attached to the ramp edge, with extension lip. Swivel motion is also hydraulic.
  • Alignment of level differences between the hall floor ( 0 mm) and truck level (max. 1600 mm) by means of height-adjustable access ramp. Length 10000 mm, width 2000 mm.
  • Loading and unloading scrap bales via 25000 daN alignment bridge.
  • Access for special mobile crane (50000 daN) in an assembly hall via an alignment bridge built in the ramp and front-attached, movable access wedges.

Other applications of special alignment bridges include the loading and unloading of containers on railcars of German railway company with an MBW line of rail and loading a jumbo trailer via special jumbo alignment bridge.
