Typ QZ - Tandem-scissors lifting platform

The MBW type QZ lifting platforms are used where large-size goods such as trucks, long material, boards, large pallets, etc., must be lifted or lowered . Typical of type series QZ is not the lifting height but the disproportionately long platform.

MBW tandem-scissors lifting platforms consist of two single-scissors lifting platforms with common top and base frames, arranged one after the other. Drive is provided by a hydraulic unit. The modular design makes all parts exchangeable. Scissor pairs, controls, cylinders, units, rollers and small parts are standard and of types that are also installed in serial or loading platforms. Positive mechanical synchronization ensures that both platforms are aligned in parallel even for long platform lengths. One-sided loads are supported securely.

MBW tandem-scissors lifting platforms type QZ are serial products with minimum platform size of 2500 x 800 mm. Their carrying power is between 1000 and 30000 daN, lifting height from 800 to 7500 mm.
