Type QABH - Alignment bridge with slewing lip

The MBW alignment bridge with slewing lip is traditionally used for truck loading from the rear.
It is permanently integrated in a building or a loading ramp in front of a building.

On the press of a button, this loading bridge moves up, automatically folds out the loading lip and moves to rest on the truck platform. While the truck is being loaded, the platform is in what we call a "floating position" in which it adjusts to the movements of the truck platform.
Hydraulic and control systems are designed in such a way that in addition to an emergency stop master switch and a restart interlock after power failure a fully automatic safety stop are available.
The devices as shipped are completely ready for connection, include rubber buffers, crane eyes, lateral guard plates with black/yellow alert marking and a filling of oil.
The design is very robust and the loading bridges can be installed in cantilever position.
