Type QSL - Heavy load lifting platforms

MBW heavy load lifting platforms are mainly used for lifting and lowering large goods or large vehicles. Another application of this lifting platform is stage equipment, e.g., for lifting and lowering orchestra stages or height-adjustable platforms.

Heavy load lifting platforms with carrying powers up to 150 000 daN are available.
The lifting strokes of these platforms depend on the specific requirements and are often the height of a building floor. Level differences between the loading decks of large cargo vessels can be overcome without problem.
The platform dimensions are also customized and can be up to 30 m in length and over 4 m in width.

The construction and production of these heavy load platforms requires many years of experience in the lifting platform sector. Static and dynamic load assumptions in conjunction with substantial contingency reserves require particular attention in construction and dimensioning.
The hydraulic and control systems are also customized designs.
All lifting platforms of the QSL type series are extremely robust and require lots of materials for construction.
